Went to visit family that came into for a family emergency. The room seemed clean. There was no odor or holes in the bedding or curtains. They said they would stay again.
Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would've been nice if the towels were larger. Checking in late means you'll be waking up the clerk, be sure to ask for the wi-fi password.
Very helpful and meet my accommodations for the weekend. Had a very bad experience at another hotel here in Terrell TX and front desk lady was nice. Very helpful. Wished I could of gotten my discounts but with my experience with another place I was just ready to get my stuff in a room and relax.. Had a very long trip was tried. Would stay here again if needed.
I have stayed here over 10 nights and have not had any major complaints. The staff is friendly and have taken care of any issues I've had. The rooms have always been clean and the sheets are changed every day. This is not a 5 star resort, so don't stay here if your expecting the Bellagio in Las Vegas. But if you want a clean room, comfy bed, and easy access to the Highway. This works great.
I was skeptical after reading reviews,but I must say I was very impressed. I had the best sleep I have had in weeks. The beds are excellent! Carpet is new! The breakfast is very good. At least they have more than waffles. And they are very friendly. I have stayed many places in the past four weeks. All over Texas. And I have to admit, this is the best place for the price. Value and comfort!
Absolutely a treasure especially at this price! On my recent trip from FL to CA I was tired of dirty, bare motels so this was a very welcome surprise. Neat little towel animals, coffee in room, toiletries, dryer, iron. The bed was so comfy and bedding was nicer than average. This makes it worth coming to Barstow! I'd come back just for this.
Kind staff and good room. I left my wallet and the staff were really helpful and gave it to me and were very kind. Very appreciated!!! The room itself was really clean and nice, and the same for the shower. Only issue was traffic sounds, but wasn’t bad at all. Completely worth the money.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel has been updated. New flooring, bedding and appliances. Bed is comfy and the hotel area is quiet and safe. Right next to a Starbucks and other places to dine. I have stayed in hotels with way higher prices that the rooms did not look this good.
